The Oxonian Review: The Lincoln Birth Issue

I am passing along the following message I got in my e-mail:

I am writing on behalf of the Oxonian Review, an online literary journal run by graduate students at Oxford University. Once a week the Review features fresh essays and reviews on recently published material in literature, politics, history, science and the arts.

I thought you might be interested in our recent issue celebrating the bicentennial of Abraham Lincoln¹s birth. This includes a wonderful article evaluating Lincoln¹s legacy (³To Take This Sorry World Entire²), an essay on Britain¹s hostile relationship to the North (³Brittania and the Slaves²), and an entertaining Review of Reviews (Lincoln¹s Doctor¹s Dog, and Other Stories). You can check it out at http://www.oxonianreview.org.

We are hoping to attract American history and Lincoln enthusiasts to the site. We would be very appreciative if you could link to an article or the issue entire on your blog.

Thank you for your time!

Best regards,
William Kolkey
Managing Editor of the Oxonian Review
