1923 Touring Car

This is President Harding in Alaska (picture from Alaska State Archives) and see that car - I got to see it in person today! I was at the Alaska Transportation Museum in Wasilla and it is sitting there. 'Some information from the museum placard:
1923 Dodge Bros. Touring Car
This auto was originally owned by Sig Wold of Sig Wold Transfer in Fairbanks. It was delivered to him in Cordova and was used in McCarthy as well. During President Warren G. Harding's visit to Cordova in 1923, the car was loaned to the President as it was the newest car in town.

There are plenty of other cool things in this museum as well, both restored and unrestored.

Warning: This museum is only open from May 1st to September 30th, so if you visit Alaska in the winter, you will not be able to visit this location.

Those two photos are not of the same car (look at the location of the door handles). The first one is a Packard. Harding did indeed ride in a few Dodge cars during his Alaska visit as well, including the one at the museum.
