Top 100 Speeches

I found this list of Top 100 speeches. Now the top one was MLK’s “I have a Dream,” which I totally agree with. But number 2 was JFK’s inaugural address.  Do you agree? Not sure that I do!  Obviously, this piece of from the end is much quoted:
And so, my fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country.

What is your opinion? Does this belong so high? Not saying it isn’t a great speech, just that I’m not sure I’d put it here.  I’d probably put FDR’s Pearl Harbor speech (number 4 here) there instead.
